How to Set Up Your Business on Nexaloom (Quick Start Guide)
Ready to grow your business with Nexaloom? Here’s how to get started in a few simple steps.

1. Create Your Account
Go to the Nexaloom Sign-Up Page and click Sign Up.
Enter your First Name, Last Name and Email.
Create a secure password (8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, number and special character).
Agree to the Privacy Policy, then click Create Account.
Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm within 1 hour.
2. Log In
Visit the login page, enter your registered email and password and click Sign In.
Optional: Use Remember Me for quicker access next time.

3. Set Up Your Business Profile
Business Name – Use your official brand name (or personal name if solo).
Industry – Choose from the dropdown for better visibility.
Location – Add your city or region to help local clients find you.

4. Add Working Hours
Select your timezone.
Tick active days, set time blocks and use the copy tool for consistency.
Accurate hours prevent missed or double bookings.

5. Add Your First Service
Name your service clearly (e.g., “60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage”).
Add tags/categories to improve search visibility.
Optional: Include a short, clear description.

6. Connect Payments
Link your Stripe account to accept card payments.
Or skip for now and set it up later in Settings.

7. Complete Business Info
Upload a high-quality logo.
Double-check business name, contact email and address.
Write a short “About” section highlighting what makes you unique.

8. Explore Your Dashboard
From your dashboard, you can:
Copy your Online Booking Link to share with clients.
View upcoming appointments.
Access quick links to manage services, team, payments and website.
Track recent earnings.
